I have a bag that I use at home to carry my crap with me around the house. It's a Thirty-One Gifts bag that I use, but any bag or basket will suffice. Having a carry-all is especially useful if you have a two-story house. It saves you time running from room to room for things you use on the regular. Here are some things I have in mine:
- chap stick
- book
- deodorant
- highlighter
- pen
- notepad
- baby monitor
- nipple cream
- extra nursing pads
- extra hair ties/clips
- cell phone
- iPad
- drink
- baby's gas medicine
- granola bar
It's useful when going to bed, going outside to watch kiddos play, cooking in the kitchen, watching children play in playroom. It's great when you have your hands full of infant and trying to shut doors behind you and getting your toddler to stop hanging on your legs.
